What is currently under construction?
We are building at the present moment in:
Cordoba
Paraiso ARENAL, which is 800 villas located in the secluded paradise of a gentle slope of the Cordoba hills.
Malaga
Villas del ARENAL, which consists of 600 villas located in the new and the most prosperous residential area of the city of Malaga, which is close to the University, the Hospital, the Technology Park and the Congress Centre, where the modern Malaga is under construction.
Rincon de la Victoria
ARENAL 2000 is constructing a residential development called ARENAL Marina Golf, which is 126 townhouses and apartments inside an enclosed development which benefits from private swimming-pools and a paddle-tennis court. It is located beside the very well known golf course of Añoreta.
Benalmadena
The ARENAL Golf project consists of Mediterranean-style homes with a free 18-hole golf course for purchasers, which is located in the picturesque town of Benalmádena. Many apartments will have spectacular sea, mountain and golf views.
Estepona
The Martín Mendez building is currently under development and consists of 116 homes of 1,2,3 and 4 bedrooms located on the seafront in Estepona.
Ronda
ARENAL 2000 will shortly release a plan from the development department to construct 500 luxury homes within a development that will be known as Arenal Ronda.
Lucena (Near Cordoba)
Arenal Lucena is also a new project under development that will be composed of 300 luxury homes in the provincial town of Lucena.
Manilva
The extremely popular development of Arenal Duquesa will include 1,500 homes which is located within walking distance of the beach, Port and Golf course in the heart of the Duquesa Golden Mile.
Jimena de la Frontera
Residencial Arenal is a development consisting of 132 homes and located very near to the Alcornocales Park in Cádiz.
